He was honest regarding the following: Time frame for remodel, approximate cost of the remodel, who sub-contractors would be, what the project would involve. Mark listened, was cooperative, accommodating, worked hard to please, and did excellent work. He cleaned up after each day of work even though we moved out of our house during the remodel. His subcontractors were very professional and did great work. Mark showed up on time and according to the scheduled days.
